The kick-off online meeting was held on 29^th February 2024, when the Green Kayak Clubs project was officially launched. After the welcome note from the Mladiinfo representatives, followed by a brief introduction of all participants, the project activities were presented with a focus on the joint actions and project timeline.  The expected national actions were mostly discussed, such as Research on eco-green parties in sports at the National level, the creation of Internal clubs’ manuals/policies, Local ECO Kayak Days, etc. Moreover, dates for the following joint project events were debated.  

Once again, the tasks and responsibilities of every project partner were emphasized, therefore, the importance of good communication within the project implementation period. After answering all the questions and going through the next project steps, the moderator closed the meeting.
